SUA students, faculty, or staff may fill in this form to reserve a group study room. The rooms are for the SUA community only.

No food or drink is allowed in the rooms. A reserved Study Room not occupied within 15 minutes of the reserved time will be considered canceled and available for use by other individuals. Any Study Room left unattended for more than 15 minutes will be considered vacant and available for use by others. Please make sure that all chairs and tables are put back to the original setting.
